My Dear Friends!

Here at Self Imagery, we are PASSIONATE about meditation and relaxation, so we took it upon ourselves to create this blog and provide you with articles that — we believe — can help improve your health and well being.

We’ve been practicing meditation for many years, and it has provided us some wonderful insight in our daily lives. One of us has practiced meditation for 30 years and meditated as long as an hour in one sitting. Meditation is like a drug — but WITHOUT the drugs! Meditation is like taking a spiritual vacation — but WITHOUT the travel expenses!

So if you are new to meditation or an experienced Zen Master, then the articles in our blog are here for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Almost forgot — We love some nature as well! The combination of meditation and nature becomes an incredible healing force.
